this is appropriately titled because as I start over finding my journey back to fitness, I decided to blog my journey.
Tomorrow starts day one and because i've always said that my diet starts monday, i'm starting on a Saturday. The Saturday before I move, I might add. The stress is very real.
I will be starting with T25, 40 minutes of cardio on the elliptical or treadmill and kettlebell.
